Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
Feedback on customer service is mixed; while some customers praised the helpfulness of staff, others reported rude behavior and poor service experiences.

Many customers appreciate the high quality of the clothing, but there are complaints about durability and issues with exchanges without proof of purchase.
Store Experience
The store is often described as clean and well-organized, but some customers noted it can be crowded and have limited stock.
Pricing
Customers frequently mention that prices are high, with some feeling the quality justifies the cost, while others find it excessive.

Literally terrible. The one in okc is better- first of all I called on Monday and they just didn’t answer the phone, which is fine but I left a voicemail and no call back. Then I had to call again Tuesday and still just no answer like do they not answer their phone? So I went in and tried to exchange a pair of leggings or even just have them fix them and they just wouldn’t so I went to okc yesterday and they just let me pick out a new pair like honestly just don’t go to this location

A bit too “I’m better than you” attitude which I loath. Nonetheless, the yoga mats are eternal, y’all!

Horrible custom service. We stood in line for a solid 5 minutes listening to the sales girl yap with her friend (who had already checked out, bag in hand) about what workout classes they were going to. When the line is 5 customers deep, it’s not the time.
