She was very calm and understanding about what happened with the return item and was so willing to assist us, she even called customer service for us to help get it resolved. Weeks later we came back, still not having it resolved with customer service and she was able to jump right back on it with no hesitation to finalize everything. I was very impressed by her being persistently and consistently polite and willing to help us from the beginning and end of the ordeal. Really good manager/supervisor material.
