I ordered Valentine’s Day gifts for my husband and my daughter and my order was over $180. 1- I ordered together and they brought an order at 10 am and the other at 3pm. The uber eats guy txted me and said “I think you ordered the same thing twice” I told him I had 2 orders… 2- we live in a duplex, our number was very clear in front of my house. The guy walked out of his car, went to my neighbor and put the box of chocolate on the floor, it was raining so by the time I got card and box, it was wet. I was so disappointed (again, very expensive order) 3- my husband opened the box and there was chocolate all over the box and outside too. It looked horrible! 4- On my daughter’s order, the guy also left on the floor in the rain. It was not what I had ordered and I never got an email explaining. The only reason I saw it is because I have cameras at home. 5- I called to make things right and make a complaint before leaving a review, nobody answered and there’s nowhere else to leave a review.

They would send an arrangement every year, and it always arrived beautifully made, fresh, and on time. Now, even as an adult, I still look forward to it. The fruit is always perfectly ripe, the presentation is gorgeous, and the staff is consistently friendly and reliable. You can tell they take pride in what they make. Whether you’re celebrating something big or just want to brighten someone’s day, this location has never once let me down. I’m grateful for the joy they’ve added to my birthdays year after year.
