    They do not have a restroom, even for paying customers. I asked an associate about this and their response was rude and unfriendly. I won’t be shopping here again.

    I have been trying to call one of your stores. To find out about some sandals. All I get is the store hours. Can't speak with an actual person. I also called your customer service number, let's just say that was a joke. Got a person that doesn't speak English, so I call back then the call kept cutting out. So what's the use? This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered. Calling a store not being able to talk to a human about a product. Absolutely ridiculous. You need a new system. Get someone that can actually talk with customers on the phone to find out about a shoe. Crazy

    Well…. Ok…. So the Mrs and I arrive at 6:53, not knowing they close at 7:00…. So, as soon as we walk in, we were educated verbally that they close at 7. Most stores that I have ever been in allow shoppers to shop even after they close, so I asked the question does that mean we only have 7 minutes to shop or can we shop beyond 7. I’m further educated that we can shop up to 7:00. The employees were laughing so I took it as a joke and we began looking for flats for the Mrs for an upcoming wedding. At precisely 7:00, I am once again educated by the staff. We were informed they will be closing down the register at 7:05. Coming from an older generation, I’m confused about today’s “version” of customer service and loyalty to your employer. When I used to work retail, if you made it through the door before closing, you shopped until you were done…. But apprently that practice in antiquated. Hence, we left at 7:04, without a purchase!

    Worst experience ever! I ordered online for same day pick up. I needed the shoes for my daughter before leaving town. They did not fill out order, did not answer phone, customer service line says they cant cancel until they process the order. They obviously need new management if they can't even fill a on site pick up order for one pair of walking shoes.
