  Worst customer service ever. The employees and manager were so rude and kept telling me that I didn’t buy my shoes from there when I had my online receipt. They offered to give me a gift card when all I wanted was my money back. I will never be going back or purchasing anything from here ever again. Too much of a hassle for no reason.

  Got a pair of Birkin and Nike shoes today for Christmas gifts. The store was clean and well lit, the staff quick and professional. One issue we had is the discount pile for men is harder to find, overall a very small complaint. Will definitely go here again

  Wow worst experience twice! I used to work at a dsw in a past life and I have to say the experience at this particular store just sucks. There are multiple reasons: 1. The fact that dsw as a company changed their clearance model kinda sucks but sure I let that go bc it’s a business they need to make money, sure. Kind of sucks that you see still see the stickers that once would have been more than 30% off. 2. I bought a pair of clearanced shoes and was told I need to keep the box (which has no lid) to make a return. Ok sure… but it doesn’t say anywhere in the return policy that a box is required to make a return. When I asked the cashier she said that things change all the time and it doesn’t need to be in the return policy. Uh… ok… what is the point of the policy then. 3. They couldn’t seem to look up my member account from my member number on the receipt. When I worked at dsw I was able to do that so many times. So the cashier gal asked me to repeat myself a few times because she couldn’t even type my number down fast enough. Mind you I had a toddler wanting to run around so I as I was trying to calm him down and get him to stay still, she’s asking for me to repeat my phone number. Apparently she couldn’t get it from my receipt… 4. I couldn’t use my birthday certificate coupon bc I didn’t have the physical coupon. I was able to see it on my online account but apparently the cashier gal also said she can’t look it up under my account they have pulled up and she told me to check my email but I don’t receive those through email so I asked if I could make it so that it came through email instead and she said no. But she also said she’s only been working for a month. … ok so you tell me to check my email for my coupon but can’t even change that preference on your end…. So weird. 4. No one says hello or goodbye at the check out register anymore. No common courtesy. As a long time customer and former employee, you’ve lost me. Not going back. I know my service was never this bad when I worked at DSW and that’s why I enjoyed working there at that time and enjoyed coming back for the products. Your two employees I encountered really ruined it for me.

  Needed to speak to a representative and was put on a constant loop repeating the store hours, which I could've found on the same page I googled to call.

  They do not have a restroom, even for paying customers. I asked an associate about this and their response was rude and unfriendly. I won’t be shopping here again.
