    I came in with my 8 pound chihuahua and began shopping as I have many times before at this location with her and I got stopped immediately and asked if I had a license for my dog saying that she had to be an emotional support and if she wasn’t I had to leave and I explained to her the situation and she refused my service and made me leave

    As a shopper we can be very indecisive and insecure of what we are looking for. However, I knew what I was looking for but I’m new to this store as I was recommended to come to CitiTrends. I walk in and see the 2 employees with a great energy, I asked Jaynaha if she can help me fine what I’m looking for. Jaynah don’t hesitate, Jaqwan her coworker was also helping other customers as they are the only 2 keeping it down. Thank u both for not only helping me but for helping the other women whom were looking for a new look! I’m grateful there are still a young generation motivated to doing what they do! I don’t give them 5 stars but a 10!
