- RRRosebudJan 1, 20261.0I went to pick up an online order that I had received as a gift, and decided to exchange one of the items because it didn't fit me. I asked the Zoomer Stare cashier with a belly button ring to give me store credit FOUR times so that I could still keep the value of my gift. She didn't care and refunded it to the original payment anyway. Thanks for taking away part of my Christmas gift 👍 Afterwards, I was asked if I wanted a bag for my remaining items. Like no, I'd totally rather walk out with a pile of clothes in my arms /s. I used to work at AE a decade ago and it's not a hard job. They should rename the place Idiocracy Eagle, because my whole experience felt like a scene straight out of the movie.

Exchange turned quickly into a return because the staff just looks at you in utter confusion and a blank stair. People come in to store to physically finds there's sizes...please have some training. Especially when we all know American eagles sizes are so off it's laughable.
