  They were not very welcoming and seem racist. They were asking if the other customers needed help expect me. And very lazy workers as well. So disappointing.

  My granddaughter bought a three-quarter zip and after the first wash, it pilled. That is what I would expect from a $10.00 shirt-not $160.00 pullover! Will Never shop here again!

  The fabric is trash. After just one wash in cold water without drying, the fabric is pilling all over. For how expensive this brand is, this is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. The quality does not match the price at all. I wouldn’t recommend Alo and won’t be buying from them again.

  Every item I asked about seemed to be sold out in my size. For a self-described "elevated" brand, there was a distinct lack of commensurate service. This was my first time in (which I shared) and there were SO MANY missed opportunities to win my business. Two stars instead of one because the hand lotion and candles had a pleasant fragrance. Also, please sweep the floor more thoroughly.
