For how expensive this brand is, this is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. The quality does not match the price at all. I wouldn’t recommend Alo and won’t be buying from them again.

This was my first time in (which I shared) and there were SO MANY missed opportunities to win my business. Two stars instead of one because the hand lotion and candles had a pleasant fragrance. Also, please sweep the floor more thoroughly.
