  Do not buy any jewelry here. And DO NOT resize any rings, because it will take years to get it. I still haven't received my ring yet. They do not return items according to the estimated completion date. And they do not answer phone too! Horrible! Terrible! Ridiculous!

  Went to penneys in owasso. We were waiting in a very long line on i believe it was the 9th of January. 2 people working and working their buttons off. Apparently the one girl had a problem. Manager walked up to help and was talking and talking . I was like work the problem and get on a register. My husband and I was conversing on her lack of urgency. Her daughter was ahead of us which we didn't know she was the managers daughter and buts in and says that's my mom isn't she doing a good job. I was like hmm. Her mother was working on a refund and when done waited on her daughter. She immediately leaned over whispering to her which I am sure was about what I said. This all was very unprofessional. She should not be checking out family members and her daughter needs to mind her business.

  Their customer service is mid to poor usually. Prices aren't great compared to similar stores around town.
