- RPraquel perezJan 30, 20261.0My husband came to this store around Christmas to get a ring resized for me, the lady there berated him and told him he wasted his money and he shouldn’t have gotten the ring he did, that there was no way it could be resized because of the details, also said he should’ve taken a diamond class they offer to learn about good diamonds that should’ve shown he wasted his time and money on the ring he got. He left there heartbroken and stressed out. He ended up going to the jewelers in henryetta, where they were super sweet and ensured it could be resized, and we did just get the ring back and it’s beautiful and exactly as it was before, none of the details touched. Shame on your store. Do not use these people.

- MPMr. PhilDec 24, 20212.0Boy oh boy, this place is a mess. The display cases are covered with stuff and there are things piled up everywhere. They were open on Christmas Eve and had something I liked last minute. The package was wrapped nicely for me. Selection in the store seems dated. There are catalog options available to order but we can all do that on line. If you're into lizards she has a pretty cool iguana in the window. I dropped 2 generous stars because it is the definition of supporting local small business and it kept me out of Wal Mart mayhem.

- JHJoshua HamiltonJul 13, 20191.0Stop!! If you want your jewelry to fit and actually be nice! Don’t go here! The owner is a cheapskate rip off! She is very rude and stuck up!! She sized my finger and said it was an 8 but I told her that it hurt my finger because it was too tight! We tried to order an 8 and a half or a 9 but she refused to sell us one saying that it wouldn’t fit! So deciding to trust her we went with an 8! Now I have a ring that I can’t wear! Ps. Be prepared for a long visit because she never shuts up!!
