  Bought my wife a $250 earring. Thought I was buying a PAIR of earrings. Website is deceiving. Won’t buy anything from them, no wonder the store was absolutely empty. Terrible business practice.

  Love shopping for jewelry but the employees are always hiding in the back on the phone and finally stubble out looking upset that there is actually a customer since the store is always empty. Very odd feeling with zero costumers.

  Had a wonderful first experience shopping in the store today. I loved the idea of being able to see everything so openly and clearly. Will be back to purchase more items. The quality felt so nice even in the more of what I would call fashion side of the store. Thank you for the time you spent with us and helping us in the store. Packaging is amazing as well! Much better than some of your other competitors.
