I have been an Oakley customer for 35 years and have 25 plus pairs of sunglasses. I have a newer pair that has the inside of the lenses flaking off. The employee did a horrible job of conveying what I assume is the company policy. Basically letting me know it is my fault and if I don’t want to take the time to clean the glasses after every wear then he can do it for free. And you should never leave the glasses in your car. If that is Oakleys policy then Oakley has lost my business. Never heard of that being a thing with sunglasses of this price level. As I was leaving the employee said in a very patronizing way “ hope your day gets better”. I giggled because Oakley has no idea what this character is doing to their image. Very unfortunate. Looking for my new sunglasses brand now.
