Very easy, very quick...paid cash (or store credit) and I received about twice what I was expecting. What they didn't take, which wasn't much, I donated. Very friendly, and I highly recommend based on my experience.

They looked at the top few and left the rest. Proceeded to tell me I don’t have what they need even though I had teenage girl clothes (which is exactly what they said they needed over the phone). Most items still had a tag on them and others were hardly ever used. That was a few months ago, yesterday I came in with one bag and the same items and they only took four things. I don’t understand the process of how yall choose what clothes to take AND be super lazy, lying to the customers. The items at the bottom of my bags were still folded and untouched by your employees. This place is a joke go spend your money elsewhere
