I took two big bags with good quality/condition clothes, to only get $10 which they only took less than 5 minutes to “look through even though she said it will be “30 minutes”. You’re better off selling them on fb marketplace or depop 😅 I been a customer for years, it is sad they going downhill. I thought it was supposed to be a used clothing store, not a mall store.

I wouldn’t come sell any clothes here but I would come just to buy. Whether you’re selling or donating clothes they will judge and talk very poorly about their customers ! It’s a shame because they have nice selections. I guess they pick who they are hospitable too.

I saw the girl put my stuff on the counter to begin looking at, and I proceeded to walk down one of the aisles. I didn’t even make it all the way down before my name was called. I was told that I didn’t have anything they were looking for, and that they were mainly looking for name brands, graphic tees, etc etc…All of which I had, which only further proves that they couldn’t be bothered to look at what I brought in. A complete waste of the half hour I waited for them to even start “going though” my clothes. Who knows how they decide what to buy, because a lot things on the racks were either extremely tacky or just straight up dirty and trashed.
