Returned items and didn’t refund all the items. I went back to the store and they refunded.

This post is for Alo online. I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with their customer service. After purchasing an item from them for Christmas, they would not let me exchange for a different size in a different color (even though they were sold out of the same color) without upcharging me. Terrible customer service.

Tried returning an item and girl in the cash register looked very bothered by it. She went completely cold after realizing I just wanted to make a return. I spend hundreds every month online and always buy their latest drops to be putting up this type of service.

Such a good experience at Alo! Chelsea helped me out and was genuinely so fun and easy to talk to. She totally understood what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect pair of slacks. Never felt rushed or pressured, just a really enjoyable shopping experience all around. I’ll def be back! If you’re in the store, ask for Chelsea! 💛
