  This post is for Alo online. I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with their customer service. After purchasing an item from them for Christmas, they would not let me exchange for a different size in a different color (even though they were sold out of the same color) without upcharging me. Terrible customer service.

  Tried returning an item and girl in the cash register looked very bothered by it. She went completely cold after realizing I just wanted to make a return. I spend hundreds every month online and always buy their latest drops to be putting up this type of service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a good experience at Alo! Chelsea helped me out and was genuinely so fun and easy to talk to. She totally understood what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect pair of slacks. Never felt rushed or pressured, just a really enjoyable shopping experience all around. I’ll def be back! If you’re in the store, ask for Chelsea! 💛

  I don't shop at this Alo but was in town for a conference and popped in to see if they had a specific piece there. A girl named Chelsea immediately greeted me and was super nice. She was was helpful and friendly. She really knew the products and took time to ask me about who specifically I was shopping for. I ended up being able to tell her about me and what type of Alo products I like, my daughter and my husband. She was literally able to put together whole outfits (colors, pockets vs no pockets, trends for teenage girls)! I was so impressed and excited about her knowledge and how long she took to help me that I ended up walking out with several items (lol I only went in to look for one thing). She picked out perfect colors, too. I am certain that my husband and daughter will like what she picked out. I felt special as if she were my own personal Alo shopper. If I lived here, I would have Chelsea pick out all my clothes LOL. This store is lucky to have a nice, helpful girl like her!

  I went with my girlfriend for Christmas shopping. About 5 minutes into our time at the store, she picked out a red knit beanie that she liked. While we were still looking at clothes for me, an Alo Associate named Jonathan asked for her name, and insisted that he take the hat and hold it up front for us. After I tried on a few clothes, we went up front to pay for a shirt, and the red hat. When we asked about the hat, the sales woman did not know anything about it, and it was nowhere to be found. Not only that, the staff (including the store manager) looked at us as if we were crazy. The specific hat she selected was softer than the others, so picking up another beanie from the pile was not the same. Inconsistent product quality. From a customer service standpoint, they failed in strange fashion. They could easily have put a sticky note with her name on top of the hat, and they would have made an additional sale.
