I always end up buying more than I came in to shop for with seeing what’s on the display and seeing how the employees are dressed.

Me and my daughter did not receive help whatsoever and were practically forgotten about. I was so excited to check this location out but instead left knowing I will never be back at this location ever again. Absolutely horrendous!

I went to ALO a few minutes after 10am when they open, no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I had to run after an employee to get help instead. When I was ready to check out, there are three-four check out spots —to which all the employees behind the counter were just talking amongst themselves and ignoring the fact that I was there and ready to check out. I won’t be back, I rather shop online if that’s the kind of customer service one gets.
