  There were 5 employees at this store and not one person talked to me (I was the only customer in the store). They had carts all over the store blocking the racks and preventing me from shopping. When I was ready to check out, they all stood around talking and just looking at me… I had to ask for them to check me out. The girl checking me out also did not say one word to me. Terrible customer service.

  the 2 lady’s this afternoon were so unprofessional they made faces at me any time i needed help and when i needed to check out i stood up front for 5 minutes and they were both talking in the fitting rooms and when the lady saw me she made a face and told her friend hold on i have to help up front with a attitude. this place needs to fix there workers

  All the staff in the store were nice enough, but not helpful in the least. For a store that has an incredible online selection of bras and underwear, you would barely know that walking into the store. The bra selection was extremely minimal and there was one very small area of underwear, and the staff didn’t offer to make any suggestions or offer any assistance in making recommendations for selections on the website based on what I was looking for. I have loved this brand for years but the storefronts are severely lacking

  The employees all stood in a circle and talked instead of checking out the line that formed at the front. When someone did come up to help me, she started talking to someone else and they pulled up snapchat on their phone and started talking about it in the middle of our interaction. It was very annoying.
