  RACIST! went in to do some shopping which mind you I already had multiple bags in my hand and staff was following me and talking about me on the walkie the whole time. Made it so uncomfortable I was the only Hispanic person in a room full of white people and coincidentally the ONLY one being followed. Walked right out and spent my money at garage. You give a white girl a walkie talkie and she thinks she’s a bouncer PLEASE

  Online says there closed at 9 PM, but they told me they were closed at 8pm, do not recommend .

  I called to purchase a dress. One rep told me she can process only e gift card as a payment and she said she will let her colleague know about it since she is leaving. Ofcourse after I called back the other girl had no clue and said she doesn’t know how to process the payment… just sad that nobody cares about the customer anymore. No wonder all these stores are closing bankrupting 🙁 your people just don’t care…

  Giving 2 stars since my ending experience at the cash register was better than the rest of my experience. Was not greeted when I walked in at all, walked around for a bit and decided to re-try their bras. No one was around to measure my size or at least cared to ask. (They have signs posted for help with sizing they can assist) so I guessed on a limb and guessed correctly after trying them on. Needless to say I about cried waiting for a fitting room. I was ignored completely… like I was invisible, a young lady walked past me completely trying to get into the fitting room as well, as she grabbed someone to open the door, yea my fault for not asking first but still, after she was placed into a fitting room I was asked if I would like one. It was the way i felt I was treated, I understand I was in comfy clothes and didn’t look as trendy as everyone else. I am a curvy women and just felt left out. I am a frequent shopper here and never treated as such. The cashier didn’t look very happy walking around the store but at the register was super kind and friendly and even asked about using the reward in my app. I just felt like giving and sharing my experience due to this isn’t normal in this store but I definitely felt ignored and judged.
