I brought in almost brand new Vans, Nike and Levis but was told they were looking for a bunch of other brands that I saw nowhere on their racks. It's obvious they bought too much trash for too long and maybe have to be pickier now, but maybe make it clear that you're only accepting very specific things or put a total hold on buying. It just ends up wasting everyone's time.

Instead said dont break that. I profusely apologized for tapping it. We asked for a basket or something..got a scathing you can just keep it up here. When we went to check out. There was zero customer service. Refused to help move the small piles to the register. I will not be going back.

I took two big bags with good quality/condition clothes, to only get $10 which they only took less than 5 minutes to “look through even though she said it will be “30 minutes”. You’re better off selling them on fb marketplace or depop 😅 I been a customer for years, it is sad they going downhill. I thought it was supposed to be a used clothing store, not a mall store.
