Kenzie let me look at basically every suit in the store, I was very indecisive and they went far above and beyond my expectations to ensure I left happy with exactly what I needed. Lexie helped keep my daughter content while i shopped, she was so sweet watching her dance in the mirror and look at jewlery. Michelle helped me look at deals and even walked out of the store to find me to give me additional information. I couldnt sing their praises high enough. Thank yall so so much! My husband's suit fits perfect!! Yall are the best!

- MGMartin GonzalezDec 26, 20231.0Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to return a suit that did not fit, but the “return” tag came off on its own while wearing it. Right when I asked if I can get return, they immediately saw the tag was off and just told me that it’s mine now and can’t be returned or exchanged then to hand it back to me without even giving me the time of day to explain anything. Not only that, they even kept repeatedly saying “says it on the tag” after handing it off. Recommend to everyone and anyone to walk around the corner and go to Dillards. Avoid this place
