- TOT. Okie4 days ago5.0I have not personally been inside the new location. However I bought a couple watches 5 years ago from Brockhaus at the old location. The service and family-like treatment I received was outstanding. Shocking, actually. You won't find the somewhat snobby attitudes that you may find at another central OK high end jewelry store. (You know, the one with the Christmas jingle?) One of the watches I bought 5 years ago I ended up giving to my dad, and just today he went in to get it serviced with my mom and wife in tow. My wife found a Longines she loves. Guess I need to visit sometime soon armed with that new information....

David has worked with both of us and he is friendly, very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He is not pushy at all and truly takes the time and effort to show every piece you might be interested in. David has taken the time to show me multiple piece ranging in price and exclusivity and I could not have asked for a better sales rep. Although we haven’t purchased anything yet- we are hoping to change that relatively soon! The store is very elegant, clean and a wide selection of whatever special jewelry piece you maybe looking into. They really treat you like family. To anyone even remotely thinking about looking for something special, I ask you to give them a try and ask for David- you will be treated like family.

They have been a Norman staple for a very long time but somehow I’ve just stumbled upon them within the last 9 months. Since our brief relationship, I’ve bought two absolutely beautiful watches. I expect many more purchases from this group. If you’re in the OKC metro area, swing by Brockhaus in Norman and you’ll get treated right.
