This year I haven't been able to get around very good so I ordered online for the first time. I will never do that again. I ordered 2 bras and have been charged for three. I ordered them at the same time on black Friday and have only received the first one today The just processed the 2nd one and I get it next week. When call costumer service they dont speak English and dont comprehend what your try to ask. I thought maybe the one that was taking so long was out of stock and was asking them. If that was the reason for not getting the both at the same time. They had no clue why it hadn't been mailed with the other. Then I just asked to cancel the order she said it was already shipped. When I checked the status the labels had just been made. When I asked for a manager she kept asking why and I told her that I am not sure she was comprehend what I said. She then placed me on hold and 10 min later told me she couldn't find the manager. I will still shop in store but will never order online again. Wouldn't recommend ordering online. In stores will always get 5 stars but not online ordering.
