  I had a great experience, Rod was a huge help! Helped me pick out some brown framed meta glasses and get my prescription all setup in them. Definitely recommend!

  I had a wonderful experience at this store, and the manager Rod truly made it stand out. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and really care about their customers. This kind of exceptional service is rare and makes a huge difference.   I came in with a major issue with a year old pair of Holbrooks and Darius, who is the manager at the outlet location fixed me up! Coming in discouraged about an expensive pair of sunglasses, Darius made me a customer for life. Highly recommend going to see him and his team for your sunglass needs, they will take care of you with the highest level of customer service!

  For an empty Monday morning, the gentleman working was very attentive. He cleaned every pair of Oakleys my family was wearing, and tightened screws on two pair. He was knowledgeable and friendly.
