  My family and i go to this store for holidays and occasions to buy gifts.. today luis helped my mother i was not present. I purchased a watch in june and my mom did not have the receipt but told luis she could provide my number/email. Luis told her he couldnt pull it up without me being present, i went to the store and he told me he needed my ID to confirm my account! I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE! ALSO WHILE I WAS IN THERE A customer made three purchases and wanted a bag for each item, the employee and luis refused. I have purchased bags recently and requested seperate bags many times and never had this problem. Supposebly its store policy. Been shopping here since they opened, and the people working now are horrible.

  Absolutely garbage people. Disabled veterans wife denied sales tax exemption that she is entitled too.

  I’ve been in this store more than once since the mall opened. I’m a MK fan and own more than 1 MK bags. My sister’s and I went into the store today with our drinks. The sales lady approached us and said there are no food/drinks allowed in the store because they have high end products in their store so if food/drinks were to be spilled it will ruin their high end products. There’s no food/ drinks sign posted on their door.

  I will never purchase anything from this store again. I purchased a purse for my daughter for her birthday and I didn't realize she already had one like it the next day I returned it and I paid cash thinking I would get cash back. But no they told me I can get a gift card or a check mailed that would take 7-10 days in the mail. It has been 3 weeks i still don't have a check in the mail. Not being told that I could have gotten the money back on my debit card. I was told this after the fact and then my receipt it says a gift card return. I am pissed I want my money back and if I were you I would avoid this store and any purchase from this store. They are now telling me that it will be another 2-3 weeks until I get the check. It's already been 3 weeks. They have their purse back I want my money back. They steal from their customers.

  Beautiful store with great products. I had a wonderful experience and Tiffani was absolutely PHENOMENAL in her customer service. She was super informative and just all around pleasant to converse with. We will definitely be returning soon!
