I purchased a watch in june and my mom did not have the receipt but told luis she could provide my number/email. Luis told her he couldnt pull it up without me being present, i went to the store and he told me he needed my ID to confirm my account! I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE! ALSO WHILE I WAS IN THERE A customer made three purchases and wanted a bag for each item, the employee and luis refused. I have purchased bags recently and requested seperate bags many times and never had this problem. Supposebly its store policy. Been shopping here since they opened, and the people working now are horrible.
