  This store has one of the best managers I’ve ever encountered. Not only did he solve a problem that even corporate support couldn’t resolve, but he also went above and beyond in doing so. Employees like him restore confidence in store management and exemplify the exceptional customer service that is essential to an organization’s success. Columbia should have this dedicated manager train others on what truly makes customers come back.

  We tried to return a rain jacket and it had the original barcode and the price but they didn’t accept it. Why would I buy something from Columbia if I cannot return it even though it was never used and it still has the same barcode and price attached?

  Come in here for some waterproof boots and got amazing service from both the man and woman working there and an amazing deal!! Do plan on shopping here again.

  My husband and I shopped in this store for about 45 minutes without one employee greeting or checking on us. Finally I had to go find someone to get help. Two employees were standing together and I ask a question and they each gave me a different answer and they just kind of looked at each other like wonder which one of us is right. We continue to shop for a little bit longer and then went up to the register to check out. I was told if I gave them my email address I would get $5 off my purchase that day. I said no thank you I don’t wanna share my information, the lady said please just give me your email and promise you’re gonna get $5 off no strings attached. I said I don’t want to be put on an email list. She said you won’t be I can immediately take you off. I reluctantly said OK. Then she asked for not just my email but also my first and last name and phone number. Then rang everything up and said oh by the way your $5 off will be for your next purchase. I just laughed at her and I said yeah I figured I wasn’t gonna get five dollars off today but I bet I will get some emails. She said oh no I completely took you off of the email list. I said I feel like you lied to me. She said yeah sorry about that but they asked us to do it so I’m supposed to kind of fib about it. I left the store irritated and of course received two emails before I even got home. We were ignored. We were not given straight answers to our questions. And lied to at the register. More training is needed at this new location.
