- LLL8broNov 4, 20255.0The folks at the Broken Arrow location are wonderful. I dropped off an older watch off for a service and repair of the movement. This was a watch that needed to be sent to the manufacturer's service center. The manufacture service center did a warrantied repair but the repair barely lasted a week, after which the manufacture service center stated they could not service the watch further. The representatives at Moody's did not give up and found someone else within their own network who brilliantly fixed the watch. Though it was still under warranty, I suspect that Mood's paid for the second service/repair out of pocket since the warranty would have been through the manufacture service center and Moody's ultimately took it upon themselves to get the job done right. This was an oustanding customer service gesture. It did not go unnoticed and I can happily say that the people at this location will do whatever it takes to make a customer happy with a purchase or a service. Highly recommended!

- JPJordan PriceJun 11, 20251.0Absolutely awful! I got a $1000 gift card a few years ago as a gift. I had been planing on buying a 5K engagement ring for my girlfriend. I made a big deal about it and brought my girlfriends daughter with me to help pick it out. I unsealed the UNMARKED envelope and there was my gift card with an expiration date! The store wouldn’t do anything. Said they already “wrote it off” and offered me $30 off $1000 earrings 😡. How was I supposed to know there was an expiration date if it didn’t say it on the outer envelope! What an absolute joke! Don’t go to a company that won’t back up their own gift cards! I will never shop at Moody’s again.
