  Love Windsor and didn't know I had one local. The staff was amazing. I am on crutches & they helped me look for items, and carry items to try on. The entire staff was so amazing. I already loved Windsor's clothing but they made shopping so easy for me. That meant the world to me.

  If GINELLY is ever working when you go in, spare yourself a disappointing encounter so you can actually enjoy shopping there. Just in there 30 minutes ago and when my little sister wanted to put something on hold she threw the “hold tag” booklet at her and was incredibly rude to her about filling out her info. Before that I nicely asked if she could help me get a shirt down. She went to grab the rod and started to follow me to the shirt, then stopped to mess with whatever jewelry on a rack and got snippy when I tried to show her which shirt I needed. When she got it down she looked me up and down and said “is it the right size”!?!?!??? Girl I know you be treating other people like this too. Moral of the story, she needs an attitude fix and definitely shouldn’t be in customer service if she’s going to be acting like this. Stay blessed

  we had a worker named GINELLY and she was very nasty and very condescending! she not only talked to us like we were stupid, but she talked to the other customers like they were stupid! my daughter and I will definitely never be back!!!

  came here to use a giftcard. at check out she asked for my email so i spelled it out. she repeated it back to me and i corrected it because she put it in wrong. she says “i already had that” with this dirty look on her face. she got an attitude when i asked if she’d taken off the security tag, saying “uh yeah”. threw the shirt in the bag super aggressively. her name was ginelly.

  Great selection and sales staff! From the moment you walked in someone was helping you. Prices are great compared to other boutiques. Highly recommend
