Asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't know one was needed now, i was used to dropping off and picking up a few days-week later, but the lady checked and said she had an availability, however, Silver now has a cleaning fee. Okay, whatever. I pay the $21.60 and was told it would be done in 2 days. Never received an email or text or call, but when in the following Tuesday to pick up. Different lady takes care of me, gets my necklace and brings it out, ooh-ing and Ahh-ing how shiny and clean it looked. Where i thought it looked kinda dull, but it is over 20 years old so i kinda brushed it off. I was given a polishing cloth, signed that I picked it up and left. I got home and looked at it a bit more closely, and still noticing it looks very dull. Took the provided polishing cloth to it and it was BLACK. through multiple pass throughs. I honestly dont think they even cleaned it (since no phone call/text/email) Frankly, im beyond pissed. If I could post a picture, I would to show how black my cloth is and how they scammed me out of $20. If it wasn't ready, they should have told me, not given it to me and Ohh and ahh-ed at how it looked.
