  The workers are rude. I’ve spent so much money in this store and I’ve gotten to a point where I am not going to be visiting this store anymore and quite honestly they’ve lost my business. 90% of the time the girls working in the fitting room never help you and pretend you’re not there and look bothered when you ask for something. Today I was laughed at by an older employee. She looked about 50, short, had blonde hair and was working the fitting room on 1/5/26. She should be taken off the floor completely. She is rude and a snob. For a store that is not cheap, I expect your employees to be helpful and courteous. Rather than act like a customer is a bother and a joke. Not so funny anymore when you lose a customer who spends $800+ per month in your store and represents your brand online. That woman should be fired, not my first rude encounter with her either. EXTREMELY disappointed with your woodmere store and will not be back after an embarrassment of today.
