  Danielle is awesome!! She is professional, polite, and super helpful. I brought in diamond earrings that needed new backs. She helped me with that and informed me that the threads were worn and one of the posts was broken. She helped me with all of my questions about the earrings as well.

  Thom Duma is a gem in the Mahoning Valley. My family recently had a big milestone in our family business, and we decided to mark the occasion with some timepieces. I met with Santino, and he took the time to learn about our tastes and let us try on several different Rolex models. When we decided what we liked, he set realistic timeframes and let us know he would call us when they became available. We got the call sooner than expected. When we picked up the watches, Santino made the whole afternoon an experience. This level of personalization doesn't happen in the big chain stores, you need to trust your local mom & pop jeweler with really going above and beyond. We have a big wedding anniversary coming up soon, and I know Thom Duma will put the same level of care for this day as well.

  Mel is absolutely phenomenal! She is someone you can trust & will be apart of every step. Her hospitality is unmatched & it is always a pleasure being able to have her assist us! You can tell Mel enjoys her job & helping others. She listens & is always honest. Thom Duma is so lucky to have her - such an asset! We love her!

  We had such a wonderful experience working with Danielle at Thom Duma! From the moment we walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Danielle is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk my husband and me through all of our options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how she truly listened to what we were looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations that perfectly matched our style. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right, and her genuine care made the entire process feel special and memorable. The store itself was beautiful, clean, and well-organized, with a stunning selection of high-quality pieces. We were especially impressed with their gorgeous David Yurman collection! There were so many beautiful options to choose from. It’s clear they take pride in both their inventory and customer experience. Danielle’s professionalism, patience, and expertise made all the difference, and we left feeling confident and excited about our purchases.   I have a rule with Google reviews that I only leave them for positive experiences. I recently inquired with a number of Fine Jewelers from Ohio to Chicago. Thom Duma was the only one who called me back same day. Such a professional and knowledgeable group of sellers there. They understand how to help customers buy and not feel “sold” afterwards. Santino and Thom both left me feeling confident about the future. I regret not establishing a relationship sooner. I’ve spent thousands with the big brands. Cartier, Brilliant Earth, you name it. I wish I did everything through one jeweler. Thom Duma changed how I will come to market in the future. Stop in and talk to the team!
