  We're done with the mall jewelers! Thom Duma jewelers is an elegant establishment with thoughtful and kind professionals working to help you in anyway they can. My wife and I went in to get her wedding ring fixed after it had started splitting in half from a previously botched job from one of those mall jewelers who couldn't get it right after 2 attempts and still didn't come back centered! They (the mall jewelers) told us they didn't see anything wrong with it and basically said to deal with it. Upon arrival at Thom Dumas we were warmly greeted by Danielle and gave a brief explanation why we'd come in there and her and Melanie took it from there. They offered cocktails, coffee and water. We'd never experienced that kind of classiness. We ended up getting my wife a long overdue upgraded wedding ring (which unbeknownst to my wife was my whole plan all along) and they fixed my wife's original ring for free! My wife is over the moon happy! Thank you ladies for all your help!

  TDFJ has always been great to me. From my sales associate Mel, to the owner Tommy himself, I put my full trust in them and their operation. Thanks for always making every transaction a pleasant experience.

  I purchased my first watch from Thom when I was 23 years old and had just graduated college. 13 years later, I was able to walk out with my first Rolex, a gift from my Mom and late Father. I stopped by with my Mom for an impromptu visit while in town. To our surprise, they had a Datejust available for purchase and it happened to be my Mom’s favorite. As soon as I tried it on my Mom started crying…it was meant to be. Thank you to Danielle for an amazing experience from start to finish, truly a memory I will keep with me the rest of my life. And thank you to my Mom and Dad, who worked incredibly hard to give me a better life than they had. Whenever I look at this watch, it will remind me of them.

  This place is wonderful; the people are amazing. Thom is a second generation jeweler with a deep commitment to his craft and to his customers. Melanie is warm and friendly and always treats us like life-long friends. The store is warm, cozy and very clean. And the experience is always quite memorable. I'm certainly a fan. Way to keep up the great service Thom and Melanie!

  They always say shop local, well I 100% agree in this case. I walked in expecting a pushy upselling sales staff. What I found was the total opposite. Sherene H and Danielle were amazing. In fact everyone one else working were also friendly yet professional. At know time did I get the Sales vive, I dislike the overly fake friendly to many personal questions sales environment but none of that exisited here. They have vast selection on hand, no looking in a catalog here. Sherene and Danielle made the entire experience pleasant, they have made me a Thom Duma fan, next time I need Jewerly I'll be back and even more important to that is I will recommend Thom Duma. The Jeweler is on-site and they don't send stuff out. We picked a stone and setting individually. The ring size and mounting had to be modified to accommodate the stone size, shape we picked. Sherene and or Danielle asked us when we needed it. We responded no rush and told it will be ready within two weeks. 3hrs later we received a call that the ring was ready. No Rush in this case was 3hrs. Thats customer service exceeding all expectations.
