- EJEl JefeJan 3, 20261.0First off let's talk about terrible customer service, I walked in the door they don't even introduce themselves they start pointing immediately discounted products on this side, I was there because I purchased a product that is defective and I wanted to see what the repair process is, If a place does not make their employees wear name tags that is because they do not want to hold them accountable for their poor customer service skills this place gets zero stars do not buy any products from them I told them that the arm on my glasses was loose they told me that that happens over time then I told him I only wore the glasses one time and they told me it's probably because of the weather lazy employees with lazy excuses then suggested I go to LensCrafters to see if they can repair them why should I have to go to LensCrafters when I purchase my product from you the head employee at the store is a complete clown and lacks basic management skills he should go join the circus.

I’ll spend my money elsewhere! As others have said the sales person William is rude and should be fired. I have purchased sunglasses at the store in the past and had a great experience. Unfortunately I will not go back!
