  With over 15 people in the line they stopped serving people to go look for dog treats for a dog that was in the store that was barking we need to stop as a people always prioritizing animals the dog was not paying for clothes the humans were we need to start focusing on customer service while other Representatives stand to the side and conversate it looking at the long line and commenting on how long the line was while the two Associates at the register stop what they were doing to look for dog treats for a dog dogs other than service animals should not be allowed in the clothing store there is a time and a place for a barking dog in a stroller like it is a child some people need a mental evaluation.

  I have always worn ralph lauren womens blue. Everytime my sprayer gets down after just a couple of uses it like leaks onto the top of the bottle. Making it all sticky. I've tried numerous things to not have that happen but it still does. Can you suggest anything I could do to prevent this from happening? This is my very favorite perfume and I always buy one before my other is gone. Making sure I don't run out. I'd love to know how that can be prevented from being all gooey. Thank you!!!

  We were in store, drove an hour to get here and had to ask associate we found after 10 mins of shopping for assistance, looking for particular size , associate checked ipad said no size there but front cashier could order size we wanted, went to cashier and had no clue, associate we pointed out said had no clue, then cashier and her said none in stock, couldn't help after 30 mins. We were frustrated 😠 just say you can't help because don't carry size or out of stock instead of passing buck to a clueless cashier for future customers time.

  This store gives me very bad experience. The clearance items are everywhere. And there is no body at cashier place for a very long time. And they don’t let me exchange a sweater with different size. Even the same style. I bought a sweater on Black Friday. It should be 40% off of the entire store. I trust the sales people. Didn’t have time to check the price. But when I arrived home. I found out they only applied 25% off on one sweater!!! I don’t know how many people get overcharged on their purchases. How can customers trust this store? Anyone who purchased something on Black Friday, please check your receipts. All my friends don’t go to this store anymore. Because the manager is very mean to us Asian ladies.
