- SHShanrika HallApr 16, 20261.0Yesterday was my 4th time going into this store and it was the same customer service as the previous times. I walk in and nobody speaks, I see associates on the floor and none say hello or can I help you. I really love how the guy walks by me and looks me right in the eye and doesn’t say a word. I know good customer service because I immediately walked to Banana Republic and got a resounding hello and how can I help. Today I went to the Express in Easton because I refused to spend money at the outlets and I received excellent customer service. Shout out to Quella at Express in Easton! I will not be back to this store!
