    First off let's talk about terrible customer service, I walked in the door they don't even introduce themselves they start pointing immediately discounted products on this side, I was there because I purchased a product that is defective and I wanted to see what the repair process is, If a place does not make their employees wear name tags that is because they do not want to hold them accountable for their poor customer service skills this place gets zero stars do not buy any products from them I told them that the arm on my glasses was loose they told me that that happens over time then I told him I only wore the glasses one time and they told me it's probably because of the weather lazy employees with lazy excuses then suggested I go to LensCrafters to see if they can repair them why should I have to go to LensCrafters when I purchase my product from you the head employee at the store is a complete clown and lacks basic management skills he should go join the circus.

    The gentleman that helped me (Will) was phenomenal. I walked in somewhat disgruntled, and within 5 mins the issue was resolved. He was professional and polite, while also being very knowledgeable about the process. I will be back. Thanks Will!!

    breathing down your neck to try to sell you sunglasses… don’t even give you time to think for yourself. I get you want commission, but come on. Leave me alone and let me look at the damn glasses. Left without buying anything because the aggressive sales tactics made me extremely uncomfortable. Didn’t acknowledge me on my way out since I didn’t purchase anything.

    Guys on closing shift tonight 08/11/25 have me a huge hand adjusting my ray bans to not fall off my head anymore. Great guy I’m super thankful I can finally use my glasses more.
