My grandma went up to her asking about a purse that I bought a while ago that I was wearing that day. To see if that had it in store or if they could help her order it. Her response was “No, we don’t have those online anymore. They don’t make those anymore.” The part that makes me upset is that she didn’t even look up at the purse or look online or anything. But before we even left the store I looked up the purse and found it without any problems.

Very disappointing with the way she talked, the way she handled customers and she even said MK would give only one carry bag for how many every purchase you do. Isn’t that ridiculous. Please hire better staff.
