  came here on saturday and there was a guy in a black suit who is said to be the manager, followed my friend and i throughout the entire store!!! so weird and creepy. you’re the manager, manage the store do your job instead of worrying about two girls who just wanted to shop around for some clothes. the least you could’ve done was ask us if we needed help because i know you were clearly watching us the entire time. not sure if he thought we were going to steal, we did not look suspicious at all, not sure if it was racial profiling since there were other minorities in the store but there definitely was some sort of issue he had with us. to top it off, he snatched my friend’s clothing item out of her hand when she gave him back the item she was trying on and decided not to get it. he even followed us back to the dressing room!!!

  Always a pleasant experience when formal dress shopping, even when we have to wait in long lines. They limit the number of items when there are multiple people waiting for the fitting rooms. A few days ago, though, unfortunately a young girl was so rude to other customers by basically having someone bring her more and more dresses over the limit, but also to employees who kept asking (nicer than I would have) to limit her items and let other people try on items. This girl was one of the rudest people I have ever seen. She threw a fit, was swearing at the employees, and even shoulder checked one on her way out. God help my child if they ever acted like that in public! I couldn't believe how patient the employees were. On a lighter note, my daughter found an odd color dress and several employees were happy to give suggestions for shoe colors and what to have her date wear to match. We had very nice conversations with them, and the ones restocking dresses from the fitting room were so nice and giving compliments and suggestions to people trying dresses on. It was so nice to have others' opinions when trying things on. You know a mother's opinion only goes so far. Lol

  Brooklyn at Windsor was such a big help! We found a prom dress that was the only one left - she looked online and in other stores with no luck. She was so sweet and steamed out the small stain it had so we could buy it. Thank you so much, Brooklyn!!
