  Always a pleasant experience when formal dress shopping, even when we have to wait in long lines. They limit the number of items when there are multiple people waiting for the fitting rooms. A few days ago, though, unfortunately a young girl was so rude to other customers by basically having someone bring her more and more dresses over the limit, but also to employees who kept asking (nicer than I would have) to limit her items and let other people try on items. This girl was one of the rudest people I have ever seen. She threw a fit, was swearing at the employees, and even shoulder checked one on her way out. God help my child if they ever acted like that in public! I couldn't believe how patient the employees were. On a lighter note, my daughter found an odd color dress and several employees were happy to give suggestions for shoe colors and what to have her date wear to match. We had very nice conversations with them, and the ones restocking dresses from the fitting room were so nice and giving compliments and suggestions to people trying dresses on. It was so nice to have others' opinions when trying things on. You know a mother's opinion only goes so far. Lol

  Brooklyn at Windsor was such a big help! We found a prom dress that was the only one left - she looked online and in other stores with no luck. She was so sweet and steamed out the small stain it had so we could buy it. Thank you so much, Brooklyn!!

  Rude. I recently went to this store today (10/04). I was at checkout, the associate (Jasmine- 56353- Store no. 0079)asked for my email, I asked “if I had to give it” with an attitude she told me I didn’t have to but that I wouldn’t be able to refund the dress. I didn’t plan to so I said “That’s okay, I probably won’t” she then goes to have a conversation with a coworker. I honestly didn’t care she was talking to a coworker, my problem is that in her side conversation she’s smiling and has a happy tone, but the second she went to talk to me she dropped her smile, changed her tone to monotone and had a slight attitude. Although I love this store, I will not be returning now.

  Rude staff person there just made me and my friends feel unwelcomed for trying on one of their tshirts over another tshirt. Never had a store tell me I can’t try something on over another garment when I clearly have intentions of buying. I won’t be coming back.
