  Genuinely the worst JCPenney I have ever been to hands down, I waited over 30 minutes in the jewelry department for someone to help, and then when they did a lady who’s name i didn’t catch (lucky for her) but she was an older woman with a ponytail, and she was EXTREMELY rude and impatient, every time i asked for something there was attitude, I asked if she could help me find something in my price range and laughed in a mocking way, explaining that I need to point out what I want, then I attempted to make a return for items I purchased from another JCpenney, instead of politely explaining that I couldn’t make the return she was once again rude and impatient with me, arguing and not being professional whatsoever, she then called her manager over and thankfully the manager was slightly more professional - but the ponytail woman was VERY ANNOYING at this point, she kept inserting herself into the conversation echoing what the manager was saying in a snarky tone that I did not appreciate. This JCPenney is just overall not nice, and generally I find that macys is much better for shopping now anyways.

  To update from my last review, it has been 4 weeks now and they still don’t answer the phone. Went up to the store to see what is going on to be told they have “no clue” where it is and have to no way to track the shipping. What is this the 70s lazy cheap company. Highly don’t recommend EVER shopping here because nobody knows anything and nobody will try and fix anything aswell they are just there for a check and that’s all.

  Spent 10 minutes trying to get ahold of the jewelry department to no avail just trying to see an update on the ring I bought and had sent out to get resized. Very nerve racking after they had already messed up our info when we originally bought especially after many attempts of us being very patient and understanding but even after all that they still had messed up the phone number we gave, the address, and the estimated arrival time. We had been told it would take two weeks to get shipped out and return they even double checked and were very mistaken and after the two weeks of waiting we called and called again and they still wouldn’t answer so this is now the second time they have done this, just to find out they were wrong and it’s not two weeks it’s four to six weeks. Very unprofessional establishment and we will not be returning if we ever get this ring.
