Weird return policy, tags were on the jeans but not the PRICE TAG, so the manager said I couldn’t return or exchange, when I asked a few times why and what the difference was for an online order, I had the receipt of what I paid and the tags were still on just not the price tag, the manager leaned over and yelled “have a nice day” disgustingly sarcastically it was so rude and immature all because I had multiple times why the price tags mattered… I will never shop at AE again, save your money for to holister or Abercrombie

I clearly needed help, I was looking for a size for hubby who needed into the changing rooms and was also patiently waiting to try something on. Instead of coming to help me all of the female employees congregated in front of the store and ignored me when I politely asked for help. Damien was running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to help customers while the rest of the employees stood around and gossiped. I understand work friends but there need to be some boundaries set. We left and went to Aeropostale where they treated us better and helped my hubby find the correct sizes. We won't be returning.
