  Very disappointing experience at American Eagle. I was standing in line waiting for a fitting room and the employee working the area looked directly at me but chose to ignore me and help customers behind me instead. I waited patiently and was clearly next in line, so being skipped over felt extremely disrespectful and racially insensitive. No customer should be treated that way while simply trying to shop. Management should seriously address the customer service at this location.

  So I ordered three pants from AE.com When it made it to the twisnburg warehouse (30 minutes from my house), it’s all of a sudden coming via DoorDash? It’s TOO far for a DoorDash driver to BRING ME MY BOUGHT items. Why would they? For what? Maybe 8 dollars to drive 30+ minutes? Called DoorDash and customer service and they do not care. We cannot get the items from the warehouse or get them sent to a store for pick up. What is most frustrating is that stated after 14 days it can be considered a lost item for repurchase.. these are online only so I potentially will have to go through this again and it’s madness So when they will eventually cancel my order because it will sit there for two weeks and be considered “lost” I order them again for the same stupid cycle to continue for delivery via DoorDash and for them to be continued to not be picked up. You cannot force any DoorDash driver to pick up and deliver anything.. and so here I am. This is ridiculous and absolutely unfair. This DoorDash nonsense needs to stop and we SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE OUR PACKAGE Be delivered without it living in limbo on time. Not just “exception” as the status of the delivery. Without any transparency. Rotating between “expection” to arrived at local facility and back and forth. And a 10% consolation for an issue that is non needed? It’s insulting.

  Wish I could give zero stars. Weird return policy, tags were on the jeans but not the PRICE TAG, so the manager said I couldn’t return or exchange, when I asked a few times why and what the difference was for an online order, I had the receipt of what I paid and the tags were still on just not the price tag, the manager leaned over and yelled “have a nice day” disgustingly sarcastically it was so rude and immature all because I had multiple times why the price tags mattered… I will never shop at AE again, save your money for to holister or Abercrombie

  Fitting rooms closed and return policy states that tags must be attached to cloth when returning, so I am stuck with these cloth. Will never shop at this place again

  Fitting rooms closed on Black Friday.. now I have to return most of the things I bought that day
