  This is usually my go to store. Every year for Father’s Day, birthdays, and sometimes just because I’ll send Edible Arrangements. My husband loves chocolate covered bananas and I always get crushed almonds on top. Per usual, I went this location in Stow to order my usual chocolate covered bananas with crushed almonds for my husband. However, this time I was told that they no longer do this. The girl working the front stated this is what the “district manager” working in the back told her. So I asked to speak with her. The “manager” comes out with an attitude of course, and I again asked why she was unwilling to make the bananas I always order from this location. She claimed that they don’t do that there and that the almonds would just call off anyway….. Really? You have to be about as bright as midnight to not understand how a topping can stick to fruit dipped in chocolate but be working at a store that specializes in exactly that…. I told her that was ridiculous and that I doubted corporate would be happy about it. She said “ok..” Ok and I walked out and reported her incompetence and unprofessionalism to corporate. I then called Edible Arrangements in Fairlawn and was told that they could absolutely complete my order as requested (before telling them this story) AND once I explained they apologized for the Stow location’s “manager’s” complete lack of customer service, unwillingness to provide a service they clearly provide, and that I’d have to now drive 20 minutes out of my way because of it. As much as this company charges for their products, I would expect them to place people in positions of authority who have the skills and competence to perform. I wont return to the Stow location again and because of this inconvenience will not be purchasing from Edible Arrangements at the frequency that I was. Also, I’ve attached photos as proof that they are able to do what I requested and obviously, although it goes without saying, the almonds aren’t falling off.

  Great place strawberry and all roses balloons it was not that hard to find everything seems great I did not had any problem finding this place and everything that I get was great my Valentine's loved it live laugh love life one love God bless

  Easy to order online. The person I sent to was not home when the delivery person got there. The delivery person called me and she was very nice said she would put in a cooler bag and find a place out of the rain. When the person got home they said the arrangement was in perfect shape and they really enjoyed it. Will order again and again!
