Her employee forgot to take the ink tag off my shirt so when I returned to get it removed she was very rude to me as if it was my fault that they messed up and I had to return. Worst part is I spoke to the manager on the phone before driving all the way back up there and she promised me a 10% discount on my next purchase which she then refused when I was in the store. Good clothes here but I won’t be returning because Connie is terrible and I believe she is not fit to handle the stress that comes with management rationally. One star because of you Connie.
