- PPPebbles1 day ago1.0Absolutely awful experience. My family and I went to this location today (3/2/26) around 5 pm to look at jewelry. We waited for a long time at the booth before an employee finally showed up. When the employee arrived, she did not greet us and was extremely unfriendly. We had interest in an earring set and asked to know the sale price as we already had a JCPenney card and knew the details of the sale. The worker explained to us that she would need to go into the computer to see the sale price. We told her “okay, please let us know the price,”. The employee was extremely obstinate saying , “well you need a JCPenney card in order to even have the sale price.” And stated this multiple times, and each time we told her okay, yes we would like to know the price in the computer. It took the employee a few more minutes before she actually told us the number. This was an awful experience because clearly the employee did not think we could actually have a JCPenney card, which is why she kept repeating herself even though we already told her that we understood the qualifications for the sale, and have the card. My family and I were judged with no basis. My family and I will not be shopping at this location again.

Secondly I had items to return that did not have a receipt because they were gift. Shoes that I saw on sale were originally $52 but we're on sale for $20. She could only give me $8 a piece. I returned 2 brand new pairs of shoes for less than they were selling them on the floor. They were horribly under staffed. Took me a long time to find an associate and then the left and I had to wait for Lynn who was beyond rude. Will not return.
