“The Best For Less.” It’s more than just a tagline.
Under the HomeBuys logo, you will sometimes find that phrase. While that might appear to be generic jargon to some, for us it means something more.
First, our background: HomeBuys is a discount retailer with six locations in Ohio and one in Kentucky. It was established in 2015 when founders took over the three remaining Flower Factory retail locations in Columbus, Canton and Dayton. Since then, we have added a second store in Ohio’s capital city, one in Cincinnati and another just over the Ohio River in Florence, Ky.
Customers generally enjoyed the food, noting it was fresh and tasty, although there were some complaints about specific items being cold or not prepared correctly.
Customer Service
Service quality was inconsistent; while some staff were praised for being friendly and helpful, others were reported as rude or indifferent.
