Tops were marked with identical “70% off” signs, but only one color rang up at that discount. Very confusing. Supervisor Jennifer was unclear, dismissive, and rude when I asked for clarification. Because of this negative interaction, I decided not to open a J.Crew credit card. Manager Samantha was professional, kind, and de-escalated the situation—she’s the reason I’d return. Please coach your supervisors to be professional and polite to your customers in it educate them on how to explain questions without getting frustrated with customers. Please update and clarify your signage. Identical items with different prices under the same promotion is misleading.
