We thought we were ordering birthday assortment signature cupcakes. Ordered qty 2 of the Assorted Cupcake Box- 6 ct at $41.99/box. We received plain vanilla and chocolate cupcakes..I could have made those or just went to kroger. Also, ordered a box of 3 cookies and 3 assorted cupcakes...again just plain vanilla and chocolate cupcakes for $41.97. ------TOTAL RIP OFF---- When I called to ask they said, oh sorry the website isn't updated...it's corporates fault. How about the guy running the place(Brian), take responsibility for your business and do better or just out of business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

To do something kind I spent $128+ on what was supposed to be this fruit arrangement & flowers….and this is what showed up. I could not believe anyone had the guts to deliver this to someone…I could’ve made this for $20. When I called the store the manager he said, “Well you’re not getting a refund and the owner doesn’t care. He gets to stick 30% in his pocket and the price of fruit is expensive.” Do you know how much fruit I could’ve bought for $130?!… Anywho, I in fact did get a refund as I reported fraud on my card. You couldn’t pay me to deliver this to my dog, she deserves so much better. I am so glad it was delivered to me first, I would’ve been so embarassed. I can’t express enough the worst thing I’ve ever ordered or purchased in my life.

- RBrichard browningOct 3, 20251.0I would highly recommend ordering someplace else this place is horrible first off they did not even deliver the main arrangement i ordered just the cpl add on items at the end when u check out I had to call multiple times for anyone to even pick the phone up to let them know my order was not right and now im still waiting on a refund... as much as I spent I was expecting professional top notch service but instead I just got a disappointment... I will never use this place again and this is not the first time they messed something up that I have ordered but now enough is enough I will be using someplace else next time... I only gave one star because I had to otherwise they would have gotten none

Hours go by and it has not been delivered so I call the store and the guy on the phone tells me that they don’t offer that and they aren’t refunding me. They also informed me that they only have one delivery driver and 22 deliveries that day. He told me their website is corporate so that’s why it offers 1 hour delivery but they don’t do that and still refused to send me the extra that I paid for it. Terrible customer service.
