  Honestly incredibly disappointed. I’ve ordered here before and had great luck/service, but the other day my boyfriend decided to order something for me as a surprise. He scheduled it for 1:30 pick up and went to pick it up at 2:30. He got there and the lights were on and the door was locked. A man came around the corner & made eye contact with him then went back to the back of the shop. He called and emailed. Thankfully he got his money back but still very disappointing especially when I have never had issues before. I can honestly say we won’t be back which is a shame because the products are good.

  Absolutely DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE!! What a joke. Was supposed to deliver my daughter her birthday arrangement but only got 1/2 her order! It was complete trash! Tried to call 10 minutes after the delivery and no one will answer their phones! Called & left 5 messages & 2 emails & NOTHING! Finally called corporate today in Atlanta DEMANDING my $ back! Ghetto isn’t even how I can describe it!! The cupcake was not only stale & inedible it looked like someone took a bite out of it!! DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE TOUR BUSINESS!

  Honestly if I could give a negative star I would. I order on valentines day. I understand that day is busy. Then the follow Monday was Presidents day so closed. But I have called multiple times on the 17th and 18th no one answers. My tracking says the store only has received order. I got an email asking how my order went. Honestly this order experience was a joke. Over 200 dollars gone. All so I could make my daughters and my granddaughter smile. But how can I do that if the store can't even do a simple order. Possibly answer or call and explain why they not doing the order. Its called customer service. I live 2 hours from my kids because they are grown. The store by me has done many of my orders in a very timely manner. So that's why I thought I would be nice and order from a different store.

  Placed an order for Valentine’s Day. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries flowers and a card. The strawberry’s were delivered but quality was not good. Flowers were never delivered and the card was also never delivered. I have called the store over 6 times and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I have left multiple voicemails and still no call back yet. I have emailed feedback to get in touch with someone from customer care but heard nothing back. I will never use them again for any location. To charge someone $150 and then not deliver 2/3 of the items is just insane. I will continue to request my money back.

  This place is horrible. I placed an order Jan 29 for delivery Feb 14. I received several emails that my order was received and confirmed. I even received an email the day of delivery that my order was in processing.... and then NOTHING. On the day of delivery, online tracking said it was out for delivery and 9 stops away. Several days later, online tracking still says my order is 7 stops away. I have not received any emails or calls regarding the order, despite several attempts to contact them both via phone and online. Horrible business.
