Great selection of stylish and quality (the name rings true) clothing for men and women, and the staff are all extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful; they know their products and they understand fashion. The store manager, Anna, is absolutely wonderful! I don't normally enjoy shopping for clothes and tend to order most of my clothing online, but the Cleveland Madewell store has started to make me re-think my shopping habits. Would recommend to anyone who's looking to build a timeless, yet fashionable wardrobe with a no-stress shopping experience.
