  I called regarding a purchase made on my account with a card I don’t own and to a store I’d never been to. I was advised by alo customer service to call the store directly to see if they could look at their cameras from when it happened to get any insight. They let me talk to their manager- who was so extremely rude about the entire situation. They said it was perhaps the wrong email entered- but mine is very specific and old with a weird end handle, or said it was a mistype of the phone number- so I asked the area code to see if that was it (which could have made sense) to which she replied, she didn’t know???? How do you not know the area code of the store you manage or the surrounding area of where you live? Seemed odd. She said the tapes can not be looked at- which may be true- but then told me if I was “really that concerned” to file a police report… in Ohio… when I live states away with zero knowledge on what actually occurred. So- yes. A bizarre encounter- I’ve never been to this store but rest assured I will never go, and I’d double check your alo account because at the very least they aren’t confirming who is purchasing items on the accounts very well. Oh- and I never received an email on the original purchase date either, so I just randomly found out there was a $500 purchase yesterday. As I said- the whole thing is strange.

  I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, offering personalized recommendations based on my preferences and needs. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and, helped me find everything I was looking for. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe. I truly felt valued as a customer, and their attention to detail made all the difference. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this location for exceptional service and a wonderful shopping experience.

  Beware of bad customer service and return policy. Ordered for first time and had to return a top bc of size. They did not have the color any longer and told me to pick out a different color and then charged $20 more for the same top in a different color instead of honoring the price I originally paid. That’s incredibly bad customer service. I like to work with easy to use companies and cannot justify ordering from them again. Their stuff isn’t better than other good competitors with better policies. Very disappointed.

  Drove an hour to the store to get a gift card. Arrived at 8:10pm. Website says open until 9pm. Might want to update your website and put your real hours not fake!!! Not the way to start the business.
