Fireland Scientific has become far too greedy to deal with. High prices, low quality, low inventory with no terp variety is unacceptable when they want to tote the phrase that they care about patients. It's all about the money for them and you can see that in how they under staff their location, exit door has been broke for over a month, no one working there ever knows what is going on, no more security, never any brand ambassadors in their lobby (never even seen on for their own house brand 👀). Go down the street to Columbia Care if you need a deal on weed

They recently changed the rewards program, telling people to save up on points for merch or accessories. But a new update just tells customers that points are set to expire in December! I have over 1000 points, id like to spend them. But the store never has any good accessories in stock. Only small c cell batteries or similar batteries. They used to stock bags, or puffco charging docks (which I've been waiting on a restock of for months, making requests) and other devices would be nice. But who ever does the ordering there is disconnected They clearly don't know what to order. Don't tell medical patients to save on their points then cause them to all expire a month later. That's low and bad business. Stock products people want to buy. Please.

Had a wonderful first time experience and Jennifer was so sweet and helpful. She was quite knowledgeable with the product there. The only thing I regret about it is after looking back on the whole experience, I realized seeing the tip jar before you go to the ATM. That mistake won't happen again. I would 100% recommend this store to first time and experienced smokers. Hopefully you're lucky to get Jennifer she's a real treasure ☺️ Oh and you can also earn loyalty rewards on your very first purchase! Sign up was a breeze since they ask for your information before purchasing.
- EBEmily BiceOct 19, 20255.0Literally the sweetest front desk lady I’ve met out of all dispensaries. Her name is Kelly. She makes me wanna just give her a huge big squeeze hug. And my tender was Charlie and she is so sweet. Efficient. She caught it before I did but I only had two bags when I ordered three and she made sure to go get my other bag so they’re very keen on details and making sure everything is the way it should be. I definitely recommend coming here. It was my first time here and only my third time at a dispensary and Kelly made me feel so comfortable when I told her I had no idea what I was doing. lol. Thank you Kelly for calming my nerves down and thank you Charlie for making sure my order was right and being sweet as well.
