  Purchased a piece of luggage for $250 just to find it at Macy's for $99.00. This is not an outlet price. Search online or go to Macy's first.

  The store hours on Google maps and the store door says they're open Monday at 10:00. It's Monday at 11:30 and not open. Hung out until 12:10, still not open. So, not open Monday's??

  We received outstanding customer service during our multiple visits. Both last year (2017) to get warranty service on damaged luggage. And this year (2018) to get another bag repair that the airlines severely damaged. Unfortunately the second bag could not be repaired, but Samsonites great warranty & customer service helped us to get a replacement bag for the remainder of our vacation. I feel terrible that I cannot remember the gentleman’s name that helped us. He remembered us thought. Would highly recommend.
