- CWCrystal WooleyJul 14, 20255.0I went in to the Monroe outlet store today. The sales person was Trevor, he was absolutely amazing. I was in there for an hour, I kept changing my mind on what bag to get, he was extremely patient with me. I will definitely ask for him again when I go back. I love great customer service ☺️
- DGDenise GDec 27, 20232.0No returns or exchanges at the outlet. Received a purse as a Christmas gift from the outlet store. After my husband paid for the item, the clerk tells him “FYI, items can’t be returned or exchanged since it’s an outlet” that’s fine it’s the policy, but at holidays it’s busy and people who typically don’t shop these store are gift shopping and not focused on looking around for little return policy signs. If the clerk had the decency to inform him it wasn’t returnable then that could have been done before accepting his money and finishing the transaction. I think in today’s time, this kind of policy is horrible. I dont particularly care for the purse but would be happier if I could exchange for a different one. But to just not even offer an in store exchange or in store credit is cruddy. Marc Jacob return policy could be better. I won’t shop there in the future.
