The cashier asked someone to assist me the girl walked over asked if she was the one that called for someone then glanced at me walked away. She went over complaining to another coworker never even acknowledged me I walked out and won't be back to this location.
- MJMonica JillAug 20, 20252.0I mean don’t get me wrong my daughter and I love getting our clothes from here, but I rather do it online, the employees at the Monroe outlet are less than friendly and have absolutely no personalities and obviously hasn’t been trained properly on customer service they’re just rude. The employees at liberty center make you feel more comfortable shopping and very helpful.

The girls working at Aerie were less than friendly and didn't say anything to us as we walked around. One stared at me while my daughter was looking around, but never said one word. I thought it was odd. The American Eagle workers were quite the opposite and super friendly. Hopefully it was just an off day for those Aerie workers. My tween loves the clothes and I don't mind the pricing.
